Just when i thought i could start some serious training with my senior team...
Nothing much. Sprained ankle with slight torn of ligaments. Probably out for 2 weeks at least.
So much for new mattresses. Damn.
But at least now i know how to tape up an ankle. As you can see in the picture, the taping actually provides alot of support for the ankle. Acts like a very firm brace. cool stuff. Anyone wanna try???
